If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Science of Survival.
This book really helped me with Understanding the tone scale of emotion. Why people at certain tone levels respond the way they do. It also told me what those peoples responses would be in certain situations. As a result I'm able to spot more accurately if someone is a high toned or a low toned person.
